2. Laptop loan program
Second, we wanted to bring our mission even further, so we created a laptop loan program! Your laptop is old and inefficient? You only have a smartphone? We got you covered! We will lend you a high-performance laptop for the full duration of your bootcamp!
Before every cohort, each candidate must complete a short survey about their current laptop, if they have one obviously. Following the survey, the candidates get a report about the performance of their laptop and get to know if it’s enough to go through the program. You get to choose between Microsoft Surfaces or Macbook Pros….because yes, we are technology-agnostic at CodeBoxx and it includes the hardware!
3. No tuition until you are hired
This is obviously the killer feature, but it is quite unique because of the way it is applied, and you will understand why in the next few sentences.
Among the hundreds of other alternatives in North America, only 27% of them offer an “Income Share Agreement” (ISA) option, which is not a lot!
